Tricia Springstubb (she/her) (triciaspringstubb.com) writes fiction for readers of all ages—picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels and young-teen-lit. Her most recent novels are Looking for True, which The Horn Book praised as “Because of Winn-Dixie for a new generation”, and How to Tell a True Story, which PW called a “suspenseful exploration of morality.” Her newest picture book, Khalil and Mr. Hagerty and the Backyard Treasures, is an ALA Notable, and her Cody chapter book series is part of the Read to Them, One Book school program. She’s super-grateful for all the recognition her books receive, but her deepest reward is connecting with young readers and the grown-ups who nurture them.
Tricia lives in Cleveland, Ohio, where she loves to read, grow zinnias, and play with her grandbabies.
