Michelle Knudsen (she/her) (www.michelleknudsen.com) is the Nebula Award-winning and New York Times bestselling author of more than 50 books for children and young adults, including the award-winning picture book Library Lion (Time magazine’s 100 Best Children Books of All Time). Her other picture books include Luigi, the Spider Who Wanted to Be a Kitten (New Atlantic Indpendent Booksellers Association Picture Book of the Year, Sunshine State and Chickadee Award Winner), Marilyn’s Monster (NPR’s Best Books), and Big Mean Mike (Magnolia and Golden Archer Award winner; Children’s Choice Book Award finalist). Her novels include Into the Wild Magic (Andre Norton Nebula Award Winner), The Dragon of Trelian (VOYA Top Shelf Fiction for Middle School Readers), and Evil Librarian (YALSA Best Fiction for Young Adults; Sid Fleischman Award for Humor).
